A while ago I have opened my own firm. This is not a huge one. I would say it is pretty small. We operate only in the local area and we provide 1 of those services that are very popular and everyone uses sometimes. There is only 1 problem with that industry – the competition is really tough. Moreover, all competitors provide exactly same services for the same price. In that branch, there is no place for different services and its modifications.

There is also no option to leave the price as it is already on the brink of profitability. So, it was clear that there was not many possibilities. Even if our service ( was amazing and an employee was very nice and helpful, there was a big chance that this customer won’t remember our name in a few weekd, when will be in need to use this service again. A while ago we even arranged a small research that confirmed this! Therefore, after plenty of discussions and brainstorming in the office, we decided about 2 crucial things.

Firstly, we should to have a name that is very easy to remember so customers could easily remember that every time when they have to use our service (see litigation) again. Nevertheless, this is not so easy as it could seem to be. Most of the companies have rather easy names. The big issue is that easy doesn’t naturally mean easy to recall. Thus, we have decided to choose just 1 word. That word is directly connected with our industry and services. As a matter of fact, it is literally the first word that comes into your mind when you think about that type of services.

Second, we made a decision to create banners. But that was not just creating banners. Many companies have banners but this doesn’t naturally mean that customers remember them and are able to recognize them. As I wrote, our aim was that our customers entirely remember us.
